Thanks for responses! I decided to go to Triumph Philadelphia and couldn't be happier with my decision. Great experience overall, staff, service, etc. This was the first time the bike would be taken apart so, as mentioned previously, it only made sense to leave the bike with experienced hands. Now with new tires, brakes, fluids, map checked and cat bypass installed I basically have a brand new bike! O boy does she have a bark with that bypass and drilled stock muffs! Thanks again fellas!

Yes sir, more than ready! There are other plans though as the wife is nearly a month away from being ready to birth our first child. I am planning on the Oley Rally though!

The restaurant at Sky Manor has a great breakfast menu. Reduces my MPG on the ride back from there.

Hmmm...60+ Presidents Day weekend. Wonder if any of my Philly buds are contemplating a little riding?

Hey Kevin. Good talking to you today. Glad you had a good ride. As for me, you know it is a good day when you are out on your motorbike (in February!) and you wind up on a dirt road as you are going up and over a giant hill! Rode the t-bird to the shop. Gonna get that overdue 12k service done. Also getting a set of chromeline floorboards installed to see if they help me creeky old knees. Looking forward to warmer days ahead.

Glad you guys got out there yesterday! I also took advantage of the great day...first rode with some NJ friends and stopped by Xtreme Machines in Millstone. They sell several brands...among the Triumphs there was one each T-Bird Storm, America, Speedmaster, a leftover '15 TEX like mine, Tiger XRx, a new Street Twin, Thruxton and some leftover prior gen Bonnies.

Rode home, regrouped then set out again to Quakertown PA and hung out with other friends for a while then did a night ride home. Weather was still awesome even at 10pm...did not even need to turn on the heated gloves! I did almost 200 miles on Saturday and another 100 on Sunday. Awesome weekend for February!

I'm in for the BTB this year (room booked at the Paradise) and hope to see you gents there but I will not be on a T-Bird this time, sorry.

Paul, good luck with the 12K service. From what I remember, in addition to the oil / filter change, the techs also check the valves and change the spark plugs in addition to the other checks. Although my 'Bird did not need any additional work, the service was pricey :-(

Hello to all the Philly Birders out there I've got a great ride I have put together about 200 mi. starts out in SE. PA. into Maryland (which has the best roads compared to here) and then back into Pa. in the Lancaster area. The weather has been great lately so anyone interested let me know I ride most days and weekends since I've been retired. I miss my tbird but the Trophy has been a blast.

Don't mind him Jamie. I think the dementia might be setting in! We are expecting snow on Friday!

Hey Chuckles! Me and my $9,000,000 new chromeline floorboards (with the bonus chomeline large brake pad cover) are in for that ride though!
